Return & Cancellation:

You can cancel and return your product(s) at anytime with Acima. To return a product, you much reach out to Acima or call Acima customer service at (801) 297-1980. Acima will instruct you on how to cancel your lease and return your product.

You must return to Acima because when a lease agreement is signed, Acima is the owner of the product(s) until the product is paid off.

Exchange a Product:

If you wish to Exchange a product for an alternative one, we can help you with that!

You have 7 days from the day you pickup or receive your product to start the exchange process. Please email us at support@approovl.com with your first and last name, and email titled "Exchange" and we will direct you on how to make an exchange!
