Setting Up the Free Gift Rule

Follow these steps to configure the free gift reward for new subscribers:

  1. Open the Loyalty Settings

    • Go to your app dashboard and navigate Subscription plans > Loyalty Settings.

  2. Add a New Rule

    • Click Add Rule to create a new reward condition.

  3. Choose the Trigger

    • In the “When…” dropdown, select When subscription is created.

    • This ensures the reward is triggered the moment a customer starts a subscription.


  4. Select the Reward Type

    • Choose the option Free Product from the reward types list.]

  5. Pick the Free Product

    • Select the product you want to offer as a gift.

    • This product will be automatically added to the customer’s first subscription order.

  6. Save and Confirm

    • Review your settings and save the rule.


How It Works for the Customer

Once your free gift rule is set up:

  • When customers visit your subscription product page, they’ll see the Subscribe & Save option.

  • Details about the free gift will be visible in their Subscription Rewards section.

  • When they complete their subscription order, the free gift will automatically be included in their first shipment.
