Step 1: Customer logs into their account on your store.
Step 2: They click the Manage Subscriptions button.
💡 Pro Tip:
If customers can’t find their subscriptions, please remind them to log in with the same email address they used during checkout.
📧 Option 2: Manage Subscriptions via Email (Magic Link)
The Magic Link feature makes managing subscriptions even easier — no login required!
This link gives customers direct access to their subscription portal, straight from their email.
✨ What is a Magic Link?
A Magic Link is a secure, one-time link sent to customers after they place a subscription order. It is also included in all subscription-related emails, such as upcoming order notifications, product added or removed updates, and other subscription activity alerts.
It takes them directly to their subscription management page — no password, no extra steps.
🔍 How It Works
When a customer subscribes, they receive a Subscription Created email.
This email includes a Manage Subscription button that contains their Magic Link.
By clicking the button, they can instantly access and manage their subscription — even if they aren’t logged in.
