Step 1: Select Trigger
1. Go to the 'New Workflow' page in Shopify Flow.
2. Under 'Select trigger,' search for the 'Rivyo: Reviews & Loyalty' app.
3. You will find various triggers related to customer actions. Select the 'Review collected' event (this is triggered when a customer submits a review successfully through the app).
Step 2: Choose the Right Action
1. After selecting the trigger (Review collected), the next step is to choose what action should follow.
2. In the 'Select Action' section, search for the 'Appstle Loyalty' app to reward customers.
Step 3: Configure Action Details
1. In the 'Add Points' action, enter the details for the points you wish to grant.
2. You will be asked to configure:
- Customer Identifier: Add the variable {{email}} or {{customer.email}} to associate the points with the right customer.
- Points to Add: Specify the number of points to award (e.g., 10 points for a review).
- Reason: Add the variable {{review}} to show the reason for the points (e.g., 'Points for review').
- Rule Id: Select the loyalty rule, if applicable (created in the Appstle Loyalty app).
Step 4: Review and Activate Workflow
1. Preview your workflow to ensure it looks good and functions as expected.
2. Once you've reviewed the steps, activate the workflow to begin rewarding points automatically when a customer submits a product review.
