Delivery slots are the delivery times your customers can choose after selecting a date. They can be the same for every delivery day, or you can vary them by day of the week. These settings need to be set up individually for each location.
💡 Tip: Delivery slots are the times customers pick after choosing a delivery date, so make sure the delivery date and time pickers are enabled in Settings → Local Delivery.
Create delivery time slots
To configure delivery time slots, follow the written steps.
Click Locations.
Select the location you want to edit.
In the Local Delivery section, click Show settings.
Find the Delivery slots section. Choose whether the delivery slots are the same or different on each day of the week.
Click the Add slot button and set the slot’s from and until times. You can add as many slots as you need.
If your slots are different on each day, repeat this for every day of the week.
Once you’ve added all your slots, click Save.
💡 Tip: Delivery slots are set per location, so remember to repeat these steps for every location that offers delivery.
