You can add automated tags to all delivery orders, and you can also add tags that apply only to orders placed from specific locations.
💡 Tip: Tags are case-sensitive — “Local Delivery” and “local delivery” are treated as two different tags.
All delivery orders
You can add automated tags to all delivery orders. If you have the date and time picker enabled, you can also add the customer’s delivery date, time, and day of the week as a tag.
Click Settings, then Local Delivery.
In the Tags section, enter the tag(s) you want applied automatically to every delivery order.
To add multiple tags, enter them one at a time, clicking + Add tag after each one.
To add a date tag, select Tag order with delivery date, then choose the date format.
To add a time tag, select Tag order with delivery time, then choose the time format.
To add a day-of-week tag, select Tag order with delivery day of week.
Click Save.
💡 Tip: The delivery date, time, and day-of-week tag options only work when the delivery date and time picker is enabled.
The tag(s) you created will now be applied automatically to all delivery orders.
Location-specific orders
You can add tags that apply only to orders placed from a specific location.
Click Locations.
Select the location you want to edit.
In the Local Delivery section, click Show settings.
Go to the Tags section.
Add the tag(s) you want applied to every delivery order from this location. To add multiple tags, enter them one at a time and click + Add tag after each one.
Click Save.
These tags will now be applied automatically to orders placed from this location. Repeat for any other locations you want to tag.
