Blackout dates prevent customers from selecting delivery on specific dates of the year. They can be set up individually for each location, or in bulk.
💡 Tip: Blackout dates are set per location, so repeat these steps for every location you want to block dates for.
Add blackout dates to individual locations
Click Locations.
Select the location you want to edit.
In the Local Delivery section, click Show settings.
Find the Blackout dates section. Click Select a date or a date range to begin adding blackout dates.
After selecting a date, click + Add date.
To block a range of dates, select the start date and the end date, then click + Add date.
For easier management, you can filter your dates by month, year, or past dates. Click All months and select the month you want to view. Only the months and years you’ve added are shown.
Click All years and select the year you want to view.
Click Save.
⚠️ Important: Customers won’t be able to select delivery on any date you add as a blackout date.
