Conditional activation lets you enable or disable delivery based on the order value or weight, or based on a collection, product type, vendor, or tag.
Access conditional activation settings
Click Settings, then Local delivery.
Find the Conditional activation section.
From here, you can set up conditional activation based on:
Order value
Order weight
Collection, product type, vendor, or tags
Order value or weight
You can enable or disable delivery based on the order value or order weight.
Choose whether to enable or disable delivery based on order value or order weight.
Choose whether the cart total should be more than/equal to or less than a certain amount.
Enter the required amount.
Choose whether to enable or disable orders when the cart total is greater than/equal to, or less than, the amount.
Click Save.
💡 Example: If you disable delivery for carts under $150, customers with a cart total below $150 won’t be able to select delivery at checkout.
Collection
Enable Conditional activation by product type, collection, vendor or tags.
Select Collection.
Add the name of one or more collections.
Choose whether to disable or enable delivery for this collection.
Click Save.
💡 Tip: Collection, product type, vendor, and tag values are case-sensitive and must match your store exactly. To add more than one, separate them with commas.
Follow the same steps for product type, vendor, and tags
Hide the delivery option based on conditional activation
To hide delivery based on conditional activation, tick Hide the delivery button in the widget.
Click Save.
💡 Tip: Disabling delivery stops customers from selecting it, while ticking Hide the delivery button in the widget removes the delivery option from the cart page entirely for the selected products.
