Pickup slots are the pickup times your customers can choose from after selecting a date. They can be the same for every pickup day, or you can change them based on the day of the week. These settings need to be set up individually for each location.
You can set up pickup time slots by frequency or create custom time slots.
💡 Tip: Pickup times are set per location, so repeat these steps for every location that offers pickup.
Create pickup time slots by frequency
By default, pickup slots are 60 minutes long, but you can change the frequency to 30, 20, 15, or 10 minutes.
Click Locations.
Click the edit option next to the location name you want to edit.
Go to Store Pickup and click Show settings.
In the Pickup times section, select whether the pickup times are the same or different each day of the week.
Add your first and last pickup times.
If your pickup time slots are different every day of the week, repeat this process for every day that you offer pickup.
Select the pickup slot frequency. By default, pickup slots are 60 minutes long, but you can change the frequency to 30, 20, 15, or 10 minutes.
Once you have added the pickup times and frequency, click Save.
Repeat this process for all of your locations that offer pickup. The pickup days and times you have set up will now show in the widget.
Create custom pickup time slots
Set up the number and length of the pickup slots that suit your business needs.
Click Locations.
Click the location name you want to edit.
Go to Store Pickup and click Edit settings.
In the Pickup slots field, click Custom.
Click the Add slot button and configure the pickup slot from and until times. You can add as many slots as necessary.
Once you have added the pickup slots, click Save.
⚠️ Important: With custom slots, order limits can only be set per slot, not per day.
