Pickup & Delivery - Restrict future orders for pickup

You can choose how far in advance your customers can place pickup orders.

To set up future order restrictions, follow the written steps below.

  1. Click Locations.

  2. Click the Edit option next to the location name.

  3. Go to Store Pickup and click Show settings.

  4. In the Future orders section, enable Restrict future orders.
    ​


    ​

  5. Select how many days, weeks, or months in advance your customers can place orders.
    ​


    ​

  6. Click Save.

⚠️ Important: Setting this to 0 days means customers can only choose same-day pickup.

💡 Tip: Future order limits are set per location, so repeat these steps for every location you want to restrict.

Your customers can now only select a pickup slot within the time frame you’ve chosen.
