Pickup & Delivery - Pickup blackout dates

Blackout dates prevent customers from selecting pickup on specific dates of the year. They can be set up individually for each location or in bulk.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Blackout dates are set per location, so repeat these steps for every location you want to block dates for.


Add blackout dates to individual locations

  1. Click Locations.

  2. Click the Edit option next to the location name.

  3. Go to Store Pickup and click Show settings.

  4. Find the Blackout dates section. Click Select a date to begin adding blackout dates.

  5. After you have selected a date, click + Add date.
    ​

  6. If you want to select a range of blackout dates, select the start date and the end date. When done, click + Add date.

  7. For easier management, you can filter your dates by month or year. Click All months and select the month you would like to view. We will only show the months and years you have added.

  8. Click All years and select the year you would like to view.​

  9. Click Save.

⚠️ Important: Customers won’t be able to select pickup on any date you add as a blackout date.


Remove pickup blackout dates

  1. Click Locations, then click the location name you want to remove the blackout date from.

  2. In the Store pickup section, click Show settings.

  3. Find the Blackout dates section.

  4. Select the dates you want to remove.

  5. Click Delete selected.

  6. Click Save.
    ​

The dates will now be removed from your future blackout dates, and customers will be able to order on those dates.
