You can add automated tags to all pickup orders, and you can also add tags that apply only to orders placed from specific locations.
💡 Tip: Tags are case-sensitive — “Store Pickup” and “store pickup” are treated as two different tags.
All pickup orders
You can add automated tags to all pickup orders. If you have the date and time picker enabled, you can also add the customer's pickup date, time, and day of the week as a tag.
Click Settings, then Store pickup.
In the Tags section, enter the tag(s) you want applied automatically to every pickup order. To add multiple tags, enter them one at a time and click + Add tag after each one.
To add a date tag, select Tag order with pickup date, then select the date format.
To add a time tag, select Tag order with pickup time, then select the time format.
To add a day-of-week tag, select Tag order with pickup day of week.
Click Save.
💡 Tip: The pickup date, time, and day-of-week tag options only work when the date and time picker is enabled.
The tag(s) you created will now be applied automatically to all pickup orders.
Location-specific orders
You can add tags that apply only to orders placed from a specific location.
Click Locations.
Click the edit option next to the location name you want to edit.
Go to Store Pickup and click Show settings.
Go to the Tags section.
Add the tag(s) you want applied to every pickup order from this location. To add multiple tags, enter them one at a time and click + Add tag after each one.
Click Save.
These tags will now be applied automatically to orders placed from this location. Repeat for any other locations you want to tag.
