Conditional activation lets you enable or disable pickup based on the order value or weight, or based on a collection, product type, vendor, or tag.
Access conditional activation settings
Click Settings, then Store pickup.
Find the Conditional activation section.
From here, you can set up conditional activation based on the order value, order weight, or a collection, product type, vendor, or tag.
Order value or weight
You can enable or disable pickup based on the order value or order weight.
Choose whether to enable or disable pickup based on order value or order weight.
Choose whether the cart total should be more than/equal to or less than a certain amount.
Enter the required amount.
Choose whether to enable or disable orders when the cart total is greater than/equal to, or less than, the amount.
Click Save.
Collection
Enable Conditional activation by product type, collection, vendor or tags.
Select Collection.
Add the name of one or more collections.
Choose whether to disable or enable pickup for this collection.
Click Save.
💡 Tip: Collection, product type, vendor, and tag values are case-sensitive and must match your store exactly. To add more than one, separate them with commas.
⚠️ Important: Conditional activation by collection or tag requires a regular cart — it is not supported in the drawer cart and can behave unpredictably there. Only vendor and product type are fully compatible with the drawer cart.
These changes will now reflect in the widget, and pickup will be disabled if a product from this collection is in the cart.
