You can use a pickup note in the Appstle Pickup & Delivery widget to ask customers for any specific pickup instructions. The note can be optional or required, and appears in the widget after the customer has entered the store, date, and time for pickup.
Enable an optional pickup note
Click Settings, then Store pickup.
Find the Pickup note section and tick Enable pickup note.
Click Save.
An optional pickup note will now show up when your customers have selected their pickup details.
Enable a required pickup note
Click Settings, then Store pickup.
Find the Pickup note section and tick Enable pickup note.
Tick Pickup note is required.
Click Save.
⚠️ Important: With a required pickup note, customers can’t proceed to checkout until they fill it in.
A required pickup note will now show up when your customers have selected their pickup details.
