When you disable the Bundles app, the discounts stay active and work properly unless you deactivate them.
If you want to ensure that the discount does not work on your store when the app is not active, you can simply disable the bundle itself from here:
If the bundle isn't deactivated properly for any reason, you can contact our support team, which is available 24/7 and can deactivate the discount directly in Shopify.
In that case, the discount will show as active; you can search for it, select it, and then deactivate it. Once done, it won't work for any customer at all.
It will show as expired in Shopify once deactivated.
