Appstle Subscriptions helps you provide an extremely easy to manage shopping, and subscription experience to your customers. One of the key aspects of recurring order management, is the ability to skip a particular order or delivery.

This can be done by your customers, through their account/profile page on your website, or by you, on your merchant admin page on Shopify.

To skip an order fom your merchant admin page, please follow the below steps:

Step 1: Log in to your Merchant Portal for Appstle Subscriptions, on Shopify

Step 2: Navigate to Subscriptions

Step 3: Under Upcoming Orders, scroll down to the product/order for which you want to skip a shipment

Step 4: Click on "Skip Shipment".
