Here are the events where emails can be sent:

Expiring Credit Card | Sent when a saved card is about to expire |
Next Order Date Updated | Sent when the next order date changes |
Order Frequency Updated | Sent when subscription frequency is updated |
Order Skipped | Sent when an order is skipped |
Out of Stock | Sent when a product goes out of stock |
Security Challenge | Sent when the card processor requests verification |
Shipping Address Updated | Sent when the shipping address changes |
Subscription Cancelled | Sent when a subscription is cancelled |
Subscription Created | Sent when a subscription is created |
Subscription Management Link | Provides direct access to the customer portal |
Subscription Paused | Sent when a subscription is paused |
Product Added | Sent when a product is added to a subscription |

⚙️ Enable/Disable Email Triggers
You can control which emails are active with a simple click.
Steps:
🔍 Go to More > Email Settings > Email Templates
📂 Click Email Template Settings in the left panel
☑️ Now click on Disable.
🎨 Customize Email Templates
Edit and preview all email templates in your Merchant Portal. Once the email template opens, you can modify it to best suit your store. You can also use this opportunity to engage with your customers smartly.
💡 Pro Tip: Add your logo, brand colors, special offers, and personalized text to transform routine emails into memorable touchpoints that wow customers with your store’s unique identity.
