Emails are integral to Subscriptions, and Appstle enables you to engage with your customers at several junctions, with its automated emails.

While you, as the merchant, can fully customize both the emails and the templates (yes, even the templates!) we also provide default options for your convenience.

Please find the default email templates used within Appstle Subscriptions below:

1. Expiring Credit Card

Subject of email: Your card on file is expiring soon.

Hi {{ customer.display_name }},

Your card on file with us, ending in {{ lastFourDigits }} is expiring before your next upcoming delivery. Please visit the manage subscription section (link below), to update your payment details.

Please find below the details of the recurring order which will be affected if the payment details are not updated. Kindly email us, if you have any questions or concerns.

15. Transaction Failed
