Being able to easily identify at a single glance, your most loyal customers and their recurring orders, is a great asset, to provide a 'wow'ing subscription experience!

Appstle with its Order and Customer tags, helps you mark and diffentiate your recurring orders from one time orders, and specially segment your customers with active subscritpions.

Locating order/customer tags

By default, Appstle adds a recurring order tag, and a customer active subscription tag, to all new subscriptions. To find order and customer tags, please follow the below steps:

Order Tags:-
Step 1: Go to Shopify Orders
Step 2: Click on Orders, in left side panel

Step 3: Click on Tags, in right side panel

Customer Tags:-
Step 1: Go to Shopify Orders
Step 2: Click on Customer, in left side panel

Step 3: Click on Tags, in rigth side panel

Managing/configuring tags

To manage and update order and customer tags, please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Login to your Merchant Portal
Step 2: Navigate to Settings

Step 3: Click on Shop settings or Tag settings

Step 4: Here you can view both Order Tagging settings and Customer Tagging settings
Step 4: Modify the settings as per your store's requirements
Step 5: Click on 'Update' on top right

Once you have saved the changes, the updated Order/Customer tags should ideally be added to all your upcoming subscription orders.
