Appstle Memberships allow customer tagging to assign certain discount codes automatically to customer and order tags. These tags are associated with different memberships plans to provide certain products or features based on the selected plan. First, you will need to create a membership plan. More information about creating a membership plan can be found here.

To set up membership discounts:

You will need to create a discount code that can be applied to the membership plan. More information on creating a discount code can be found here.

1) Please ensure that you select “Discount Code” when configuring your discount for membership perks. Avoid selecting the “Automatic Discount” option. Automatic discounts are not supported within membership perks and will result in an error.

2) Make sure when creating a discount code that it is applicable to all of the desired purchased. For example, "Both" has been selected as the purchase type in the screenshot below.

3) Also ensure that the discount code is associate with the customer tag that you created while creating membership. This can be viewed in the Eligibility section once the Specific Groups option has been selected.

After adding the customer group information, make sure to save the discount code.

After saving the discount code, copy the Discount ID from Discount into the membership perk. You can also add a Discount Message if you wish.
