How to keep track of my store's 'members' using Appstle Memberships

Learning about customers who have enrolled in variours membership plans in your Shopify store

Oftentimes, merchants analyze the profile and persona of their loyal members to target them with more suitable products and services (to increase their wallet share and extend their loyalty), or to reach out to 'new' customers with similar profiles and interests to expand their store's reach and customer base.

Tracking members:

Step 1: Navigate to the Members section on the left-hand panel, as shown in the below screenshot.

Here, you can view the list of customers who are presently a part of your membership programs/plans, or were a part of it in the past. In other words, you can see both your active and inactive members here.

Step 2: To learn in detail about specific members, click on the customer’s name. The detailed view gives valuable data such as the list of their active/inactive membership contracts, their next billing dates, etc.
