Below are the events where membership-related emails can be sent:

π Next Renewal Date Updated | Sent when the renewal date is changed |
π Renewal Frequency Updated | Sent when the billing frequency is updated |

β Membership Cancelled | Sent when a membership is cancelled |

You can easily control which membership emails are active.

Go to Settings β Customizations β Email Templates
Click Email Template Settings from the left panel
Use the toggle to Enable or Disable any email trigger βοΈ

All membership email templates can be edited directly from your Merchant Portal.
Once a template is opened, you can:
