⚙️ Before You Start (Required)
🏷️ Create a Discount Code in Shopify
1️⃣ Go to Shopify Admin → Discounts
2️⃣ Create a Percentage Discount
3️⃣ Set your rules (products, collections, usage limits, etc.)
4️⃣ Save the discount
📌 Important:
After saving, open the discount and copy the Discount Code / Discount ID from Shopify. You’ll need this to link the discount with Appstle.
🧩 Step 1: Create a Membership Plan
✔️ A membership plan is required to send discount codes.
Go to Appstle℠ Memberships → Plans
Create a new membership plan or use an existing one
🎁 Step 2: Add the Email Discount Codes Perk
1️⃣ Go to Plans & Perks in your Appstle Memberships dashboard
2️⃣ Locate the membership plan you want to update
3️⃣ Click Membership Perks (✏️ Edit icon)
4️⃣ From the perk dropdown, select Email Discount Codes to Members
🔢 Step 3: Apply the Shopify Discount ID
Paste the Shopify Discount ID / Code you created earlier into the Discount Message field
✉️ Step 4: Review & Customize the Email Message
The discount email message is auto-generated by default using Shopify’s configuration
✏️ You can edit and customize this message directly within Appstle to match your brand voice
⏱️ Step 5: Set Discount Frequency & Interval
Choose how often members should receive the discount code.
Frequency type:
Select how frequently the benefit is sent (e.g., monthly).Frequency interval:
Specify the interval number.
💾 Step 6: Save the Perk
Click Save Perk to activate the email discount for the selected membership plan
🎉 Your email discount is now live!
