Scenario:

Let's take the example of a meal subscription service. The meals that they send out to their customers on a bi-monthly basis can change with the season.

Solution:

  1. The first step involves listing all the products (meals) that are present in the store. These products should be separated based on the season (if there are any new meals added in the future, they can be put into different categories).

  2. The second step involves naming these different groups, which in this case, would be the 4 seasons of the year: Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall.

  3. Now, with our Product Swap Automation (click here to learn more about this feature) meals of a specific category can be swapped automatically while they are still in season. When a new season rolls around, the swap to products corresponding to that new season will happen automatically.
