Subscriptions are considered recurring revenue streams for stores, and to encourage customers toward subscriptions, merchants can benefit from offering some extras in order to encourage their purchase.

A common way to achieve both is multiple discount tiers.

A multiple tiered discount can be offered by the following steps:

  1. After you have created the Subscription Plan. Go into the Manage Plans section and click on that plan's edit Loyalty option.

  2. Through the loyalty configuration, you can set initial discounts on subscriptions and either increase those discounts after the number of billing cycles that make the most sense to you, or offer additional perks, such as reduced/free shipping fees and even free products!

This can motivate customers to subscribe and keep their subscriptions for a longer period of time.
