In a nutshell, Lean Stock Replenishment is the quick revival of fast-moving SKUs. If they are fast-moving for one-off purchases, that’s fine. However, when we talk about subscription models, the word “recurring” gets involved. So we need to make sure popular SKUs are replenished promptly, when necessary, in the inventory.

In our Analytics section, the Product Wise Revenue can help identify these. It will show all the products that are listed on active subscription plans. The revenue column displays the monetary value, and the ‘number of quantity’ column shows the quantity required to fulfill the recurring orders of the item. SKUs showing the highest quantities reflect the highest demand, and will need to be replenished, accordingly:
