The migration of Loyalty programs involves the allotment of perks to existing users:
Customer First Name
Customer Last Name
Customer Email
Points Change
Comment
Internal Note
Created At
These details can be exported from the previous loyalty application and can be shared with us so that we can run those to begin the migration process.
You can access our Migrations page in Settings (More) > Migrations.
Click on the Import Data button for whichever platform you are migrating from. This will begin a chat with our dedicated migrations team who will be able to assist you with the process.
