You can manually create customers in Appstle Loyalty by using the Add Customer button in the Customers section.

Note: In order for this to work, the customer will need to have a Shopify ID and at least one payment method set in their profiles.

Go to the Customers section of your Shopify Admin and click on the profile of the customer you want added to Appstle Loyalty.

You will find the ID of the customer in the search bar, as shown below.

Copy, then return to Appstle Loyalty and paste it into this field. Hit Import when you are done.

The customer should now be present in Appstle Loyalty.
