Bulk Automation is among the most powerful features available to Business Premium-tier (and higher) merchants on Appstle Subscriptions.
As your business grows, managing subscriptions manually becomes time-consuming and error-prone. While smaller merchants may update subscriptions one by one, those handling hundreds or thousands of active subscriptions require automation for efficiency.

🔹How to Access Bulk Automation
Follow these steps to run automation on multiple subscriptions at once:
Log in to your Appstle Subscriptions Dashboard.
In the left-hand menu, go to Subscriptions.
Select the contract you want to work with.
Locate the Automation feature.
Select the automation you want to run.
🔹 What Can Be Automated in Bulk?
Using Bulk Automation, you can update key subscription details, such as:

For best performance, please run Bulk Automation with a maximum of 200 contracts at a time.
Running more than 200 contracts in a single automation may result in delays or errors.
