Integrating Appstle Subscriptions with Growave
Updated over 3 months ago

Growave is an all-in-one marketing application that enables merchants to offer loyalty points and rewards. Furthermore, it assists merchants with handling wish-lists, reviews, Instagram, and UGC all under one dashboard.

You can view the configuration process from Growave's end as well by viewing their help doc here.

As of the writing of this document, thanks to a recent update, Appstle Subscriptions now integrates natively with Growave! To take advantage of this, first ensure that both apps are installed into your store.

Afterwards, ensure that the products you are interested in selling on subscriptions have at least one subscription purchase option tied to them. This can either be checked in the Purchase Option section of your products in your Shopify Admin or in Appstle Subscriptions itself.

Go to the integrations page in the Growave app -> Settings -> Integrations and enable the Subscription apps card.

Once enabled, you are now set to provide loyalty rewards via Appstle Subscriptions!

Now all that's left to do is set up Earning and Spending Points Rules in Growave. For more information how to configure these, please reference Growave's own tutorial videos below:

Spending Points Rules

Once your rules are set up, and subscriptions products have been configured in Appstle, you can simulate how the integration will look from your customers' end via an account in your storefront.

Growave's loyalty widget should appear in your storefront, outlining the Earning and Spending Points Rules you set in the app. Perform at least 1 test purchase to earn loyalty points.

You can then spend your points a reward you have configured. The example below is for Free Shipping. Once it is redeemed, the shipping cost gets overwritten as "FREE" in the checkout page.

If you have configured Growave properly, and you see all of this on your store, that means the integration is working as intended.

Congratulations! You have finished the integration process!
