Simply ensure that both apps are installed and active in your store. Afterwards, create/login to an account that is tied to your business, including email. You should be greeted with the Gorgias dashboard when you do.

You will now be able to send and receive messages and emails through Gorgias. As per their functionality, you will also be able to cancel and refund Shopify orders through here as well, giving your business's support a lot of flexibility.

Feel free to test the integration. You can test the email functionality by sending emails to yourself, or the Shopify order management functionality by placing test orders in your store, then coming back to Gorgias to view and manage them.
