Loox Integration

Loox is a reviews and referral platform for ecommerce. It helps merchants establish their brand by allowing customers to leave reviews on the products that they purchase, and even offers the ability to reward customers with referral rewards (i.e. discounts).

As Loox is natively integrated with Appstle Loyalty, simply ensure that it is installed in your store. Loox will walk you through their setup process, which will result in their review widget being visible in the product pages in your store. That section will look something like this:

Review widget aside, for Loox, the primary method of reaching out to customers who have purchased products from your store is via email. You will need to make sure that the review request email(s) are configured properly.

To do this, navigate to the Reviews from the sidebar to be taken to the Collect Reviews section.

Click on the Emails section of this page to view all of the app's available templates.

Managing new reviews is the template of interest here. Click it to make any necessary edits to the header, body, footer, images, etc. You can also adjust

You can change things like the content of the title or body of the email, add recommended items, and change the time interval between purchase/fulfillment of an order and when a customer receives this email.

When you have made your changes, make sure that the template is active (toggle in the upper left of the template) and Save.

You can also send a test email to yourself (upper-right in the email preview) to see how things will look from your customers' point of view. They can choose to leave reviews in the email itself, or open up the form in a new tab with the link at the top to view in browser.

By making sure they have accounts with your store, and making sure that the same email is used in both your store and when writing their reviews, customers should receive your specified number of reward points when you set up your activity rule.
