Below is the Step by Step process to export the required data from PayPal.

Step 1: Log in to your PayPal account and go to All Reports under the Activity tab.

Step 2: In the Reports window, click on the Activity download option.

Step 3: Select the Transaction type and date range and choose CSV date format. Click on the Create Report button.

Step 4: Once the report is available, click the Download button to save the CSV file on your system.
