How long does migration take?
This is dependent on multiple factors, but a standard migration will take between 24-48 hours. Things that can slow down the process include:
Incomplete data received from your previous subscription provider.
Missing payment information for migrated subscribers.
Does migration cost anything?
Absolutely not! The entire migration process is completely complimentary and offered to all of our merchants as a white-gloved experience.
How will migration affect my customers?
Migration has absolutely zero affect on your current customers. In fact, they won't even know that you've changed your subscription platform!
Should I set up integrations before or after migration?
Please ensure that all of your integrations are set up before officially going live with Appstle Subscriptions on your store. This is to ensure that all subscription-related events are sent to the integrated app.
Is it necessary to use one of Shopify's supported payment providers?
Yes, as a native subscription app we can only support the payment providers which are supported by Shopify for subscriptions. You can check Shopify’s list of eligible payment providers for here for more details. If you have any questions, please reach out to us to confirm whether your platform is supported or not.
