Migration Process for Shopify's Native Checkout with Subscription Providers
If you are using Shopify's native checkout with your current subscription provider, the migration process will be as follows:
Step 1: Data Preparation
Required Data: In order to start your migration we will need your subscription data in the following format, as a CSV file - which you can obtain from your current subscription provider.
Step 2: Validation
Once you provide us with the appropriate CSV file, we will perform a series of data validations on our end. Following this process, we will inform you if any information is missing.
If any information is missing from the original CSV export, we will cross reference the data with your new export and continue this step until the data is complete and ready for migration.
Step 3: Migration
After receiving the final updated data, we will execute the migration.
Subscriptions will be kept in a Paused state during this process to prevent double charges from Appstle and your previous subscription platform.
Step 4: Accessing Migrated Subscribers
You will be able to view your migrated subscribers in Appstle after the final import is completed.
