Appstle Loyalty now supports the highly-requested ability to redeem loyalty points on checkout and thank you pages in stores.
Note: Configuration requires the use of Shopify's checkout editor, which requires you to upgrade to checkout extensibility. You will also need to be on the Shopify Plus plan. For more information, view Shopify's documentation on this here.
Follow the steps outlined below:
In your Shopify Admin, navigate to Settings > Checkout > Customize your checkout. Click to Customize.
In the customization interface that follows, click to add app block at the bottom of the panel.
Click to add Appstle Loyalty Checkout then hit Save when you are finished.
Go to your storefront and attempt a purchase to bring up the checkout page. The dropdown for redeem options will be populated with any redeem rules that you have configured in Appstle Loyalty.
This means that everything has been configured correctly, and your customers will now have the option to redeem points on the checkout page.
View Redeemed Rewards
You can view rewards customers redeemed using the Customers section of Appstle Loyalty.:
From your home page, click Manage Customers under Customers.
In the section that follows, select your desired customer ID.
Navigate to the Rewards tab.
Here, you can view all the rewards that this customer redeemed, got refunded, are unused, etc. For the latter, if you need to cancel a specific reward for whatever reason, select to do so under the Action column.
