Add to Subscription

You can help streamline the shopping experience for your existing subscribers by making use of our "Add To Subscription" feature, configurable under Widget Settings (shown below).

Note: This feature must be implemented manually with code in your Shopify store's theme files. If you are interested, reach out to our support team and we will assist you.

Also Note: As this is an Enterprise feature, you will either need to be on our Enterprise plan for our Subscriptions app or purchase the feature separately to be used on any plan.

Once implemented, it will be visible for your customers in your storefront. If a customer is currently logged into your store with an account AND has at least 1 subscription product already, an Add to Shipment button will display under the Add To Cart button for them to use.

It is worth nothing that if a customer has only one subscription, clicking this button will automatically add this product to their subscription. If they have multiple subscriptions, a new pop-up will appear that will list out all of their current subscriptions. They simply need to select one to add their new product to, as shown in the screenshot below.

As a final note, the Add to Shipment button can also be made to display in your home and collection pages upon request as well.
