The Referral rule is an activity rule through which you can give points to your customers if they refer their friends and family to sign up for your store.

Here you can name the rule through the field Rule Name.

Add a description for the rule that will be shown to the customers in your loyalty widget in Customer Facing Label.

For Customer Facing Icon, provide the URL of an icon or image to be displayed in your loyalty widget, or leave it blank to use the rule-based global icon from the widget settings or the default image.

To configure the conditions and rewards for the rule, please go to the More section of our Loyalty app and navigate to our dedicated Referrals section.
