A branded email says it all! Appstle Loyalty provides multiple opportunities for you, the merchant, to engage with your customers through automated emails during their journey with your store.

Here is how you can add your business's logo in the email template:

Step 1: Go to your Shopify Admin.

Step 2: Click on Content > Files, then upload your logo.

Step 3: Copy the logo URL or link (marked in a red box, in the below screenshot).

Step 4: Navigate to More in your Loyalty dashboard.

Step 5: Navigate to Email Templates.

Step 6: Select the Desired Email to which you want to add your logo.

Step 7: Paste the logo link/URL in the header image section.

Step 8: Click on Update,

You can preview how the logo looks in the emails by clicking the 'refresh' option, or even send the email to yourself using the Test Email button at the top-right.
