This toggle allows you to decide whether or not you want to display purchasing options for a sold out product.
If you don't have this toggle enabled, when a product is out out stock your customers won't see any purchasing options on the product page, as is highlighted below.
If you do have this toggle enabled, when a product is out of stock your customers will still see all purchasing options just as they appear for a product that is in stock, as is highlighted below.
