This field only applies if your customer has purchased a prepaid subscription. If so within their customer portal Fulfillments Section, once they click Skip Fulfillment, they will be prompted with a confirmation.

This field will allow you to change the clickable text (highlighted below), that confirms that their fulfillment will be skipped.
