Reviews.io Integration

  • We've just started integrating with Reviews.io!

  • This integration will work with Shopify Flow and will allow you to award points when your customers give a review.

Adjusting the Length of Your Discount Codes

  • We've added a setting which will allow you to customize the length of your discount codes. This character limit is for the post fix code added after the default AL_ or custom prefix code. Minimum character is 6 and the maximum is 14.

VIP Tier Assignments

  • We've introduced two new options for evaluating VIP tier assignments. These options are only valid if the "Points Earned Milestone" is selected:

    • Lifetime: If this option is selected, the VIP tier will be assigned based on all point credit transactions without any date restrictions.

    • One Calendar Year: If this option is selected, the VIP tier will be determined based on points credited within a fixed calendar year, from January 1st to December 31st. At the start of each new year, customers will revert to 0 points. They'll either be assigned to the lowest tier (if the lowest tier milestone is set to 0 points) or not be assigned to any tier.

Send Rewards in Bulk to your Customers

  • We've added a new bulk operation which will allow you to send rewards to specific customers (or all of them) with ease.
