Visibility Explained
The Visibility section for subscription plans allows you to control which customers can buy a subscription by leveraging customer tags on Shopify.
You can choose to either include or exclude specific customers in subscription plans.
Setting Up Visibility
When creating or editing a plan in Subscription Plans, click Edit on a billing frequency to find the Visibility section.
You can choose to either Require Specific Tags or Exclude Specific Tags. You are able to add as many tags as needed by pressing Enter after every tag you add.
Require Specific Tags: Customers with a specific tag are allowed to purchase this subscription.
Exclude Specific Tags: Customers with a specific tag are blocked from viewing or purchasing this subscription.
