Introduction

Duplicate frequencies appearing in a subscription widget is a direct result of assigning the same product(s) to more than one subscription plan, as shown below.

Applying a tag in your plan settings

To work around this, we recommend you make use of our tagging fields in the Visibility section of your subscription plan settings.

Normally, Require Specific Tag is used when you want to show your plan(s) to a specific category of customer, but if you do not want a plan to render in the widget, you can add a random tag that none of your customers have (ex: ABC, 12345). By doing so, that plan and its frequencies will not render in your subscription widget.

After saving this in your plan settings and refreshing your product page(s) in your store, the duplicate frequencies should be removed, as shown below.
