We have an 11 am/EST meeting Monday through Thursday, in which your attendance is expected.

If you cannot make the meeting, we would need to understand why. We are happy to accommodate your schedule if you have a work conflict, etc.

We also expect our traders to submit daily reviews of their trading, as well as have a monthly review and goal-setting meeting with Merritt Black.
