In order for us to be able to perform changes on accounts we require our customers to pass authentication. This process takes as little as time as possible and it serves the purpose of authorising changes on your account.


The process involves you taking a photo/selfie with a piece of paper and the following information written on it:

  • Your Name (e.g. Jane Doe)

  • A key word provided to you by our support team (e.g. AQRU Yield)

  • Reason for contact (e.g. email change, 2FA removal, etc)

N.B - make sure that your face and the hand (including elbow) are entirely visible on the selfie/photo.

For our customers' security we will NOT accept selfies submitted 12 hours after request.
