Overview of Instant Account Rules
The AquaFutures Instant Account provides traders with immediate access to funded trading without completing an Evaluation.
There is no Challenge, no Evaluation Profit Target, and no minimum number of trading days required before receiving the account.
Once the Instant Account is issued, traders can begin trading immediately while following all applicable trading rules, risk parameters, and payout requirements.
Payouts are available on demand once the applicable 20% Consistency Rule and Payout Profit Goal have been satisfied.
Profit Target
There is no Evaluation Profit Target on the AquaFutures Instant Model because there is no Evaluation Phase.
Traders purchase an Instant Account and receive direct access to a Funded Account.
However, there are specific Payout Profit Goals that must be reached before a trader becomes eligible to request a payout. These are explained in detail in the Rewards and Payout Structure section below.
Drawdown Limits
Daily Loss Limit
Instant Accounts include a fixed Daily Loss Limit based on account size.
Account Size | Daily Loss Limit |
$25,000 | $1,000 |
$50,000 | $1,250 |
$100,000 | $2,500 |
$150,000 | $3,000 |
The Daily Loss Limit is considered a soft breach.
If your balance or equity reaches the applicable Daily Loss Limit, all open positions will be automatically closed and the account will be temporarily disabled for the remainder of the trading day.
This does not permanently breach the account.
The account will automatically become available again at the start of the next trading day, provided the Maximum Overall Drawdown has not been breached.
Maximum Overall Drawdown (EOD)
AquaFutures Instant Accounts use an End-of-Day (EOD) drawdown model.
Account Size | Maximum Drawdown |
$25,000 | $1,500 |
$50,000 | $2,000 |
$100,000 | $3,500 |
$150,000 | $4,500 |
The Maximum Drawdown follows the same EOD mechanics used across AquaFutures accounts.
The drawdown adjusts based on your closed account balance at the end of the trading day rather than intraday unrealized profits.
Once the applicable drawdown threshold becomes static, it will no longer trail upward.
Is there a monthly fee or activation fee?
No.
AquaFutures does not require a monthly subscription or activation fee for Instant Accounts.
The trader receives direct access to their Funded Account after purchasing the Instant Model and completing any required account setup.
There is no additional Evaluation or activation payment required.
News Trading Rule
News trading is allowed on AquaFutures Instant Accounts.
Traders are free to open, manage, and close positions during high-impact news events.
However, traders should remain cautious during volatile market conditions, as slippage and rapid price movements may affect trade execution.
Stop Loss Rules
Using a Stop Loss is not mandatory, but it is strongly encouraged as part of proper risk management.
Traders are expected to maintain a structured and responsible approach to risk rather than relying on the Daily Loss Limit or Maximum Drawdown as a substitute for proper trade management.
We encourage traders to:
Define their risk before entering a trade
Maintain appropriate and consistent position sizing
Follow a structured trading strategy
Avoid reckless or excessive risk-taking
Can I use copy trading or trade copiers?
Yes.
Copy trading is allowed on AquaFutures Instant Accounts, including the use of trade copier software, provided all accounts involved are legally owned and operated by the same trader.
Traders may copy trades between accounts they personally own.
Copying trades from another trader, signal provider, trading group, or allowing another individual or third party to manage or execute trades on your behalf is prohibited.
Microscalping Rule
Scalping is allowed on AquaFutures Instant Accounts; however, microscalping is restricted.
Less than 50% of your total profits may come from trades held for under 10 seconds.
Traders may execute trades lasting less than 10 seconds, but those trades cannot account for 50% or more of the account’s total profits.
Excessive reliance on ultra-short-duration trades may result in profit removal, payout review, or further account action.
Consistency Rule
A fixed 20% Consistency Rule applies to all AquaFutures Instant Account payout requests.
Unlike models where the consistency percentage changes after different payout stages, the AquaFutures Instant Account remains at 20% for every payout cycle.
This means that one trading day cannot account for 20% or more of your total profits within the applicable payout cycle.
If your highest-profit day is equal to or greater than 20% of your total profits, the payout request option will remain unavailable until additional profits are generated and your consistency falls within the required threshold.
Failing to satisfy the Consistency Rule does not breach or terminate the account. The trader can simply continue trading until their profit distribution becomes compliant.
Example
If your highest-profit trading day is $1,000, your total profits must exceed $5,000 for that trading day to represent less than 20% of your total profits.
For example:
Highest-Profit Day: $1,000
Total Profit: $5,100
Consistency: 19.61%
The account would therefore satisfy the 20% Consistency Rule.
After an approved payout request, the consistency calculation resets for the next payout cycle.
The required percentage remains 20% for every payout.
Maximum Position Size
There is no position scaling on AquaFutures Instant Accounts.
Traders receive access to their full maximum position allowance from the beginning.
Account Size | Maximum Position Size |
$25,000 | 1 Mini / 10 Micro Contracts |
$50,000 | 4 Mini / 40 Micro Contracts |
$100,000 | 8 Mini / 80 Micro Contracts |
$150,000 | 12 Mini / 120 Micro Contracts |
For position-size calculations, 10 Micro Contracts are equivalent to 1 Mini Contract.
Rewards and Payout Structure
Payout Profit Goals
AquaFutures Instant Accounts have specific Payout Profit Goals that must be reached before a payout can be requested.
The first payout has its own Profit Goal. After the first payout, a different Profit Goal applies to the second and all subsequent payout cycles.
Account Size | 1st Payout Profit Goal | 2nd+ Payout Profit Goal |
$25,000 | $1,500 | $1,000 |
$50,000 | $3,000 | $2,500 |
$100,000 | $6,000 | $4,000 |
$150,000 | $9,000 | $6,000 |
The Payout Profit Goal resets after every payout request.
This means profits used to qualify for a previous payout do not count toward the next Payout Profit Goal.
Example – $50K Account
For the first payout, a $50,000 Instant trader must generate at least $3,000 in profit while also satisfying the 20% Consistency Rule.
Once the payout has been requested, the Payout Profit Goal resets.
For the second payout, the trader must generate a fresh $2,500 in profit.
After the second payout request, the target resets again, and another $2,500 in new profit must be generated for the third payout.
The $2,500 requirement continues to apply to all subsequent payout cycles.
Payout Cap
Instant Accounts have a fixed maximum payout amount based on account size.
Account Size | Maximum Payout |
$25,000 | $1,000 |
$50,000 | $2,000 |
$100,000 | $2,500 |
$150,000 | $3,000 |
The Payout Cap represents the maximum amount that can be requested during an eligible payout cycle.
Example
A trader on a $50,000 Instant Account reaches the required $3,000 first Payout Profit Goal and satisfies the 20% Consistency Rule.
The maximum amount they may request is $2,000, based on the $50K Instant Account Payout Cap.
Any applicable profits remaining on the account continue to form part of the account balance, while the Profit Goal and Consistency calculations reset for the next payout cycle.
Is there a Buffer Balance?
No.
AquaFutures Instant Accounts do not have a separate Funded Buffer requirement before a payout can be requested.
Instead, traders become payout eligible by satisfying:
The applicable Payout Profit Goal
The 20% Consistency Rule
The Minimum Payout requirement
The applicable Payout Cap and all other account requirements
This provides traders with access to payouts without first building a separate profit buffer.
Minimum Payout
The minimum payout amount is $500 across all Instant Account sizes.
Account Size | Minimum Payout |
$25,000 | $500 |
$50,000 | $500 |
$100,000 | $500 |
$150,000 | $500 |
How do payouts affect Instant Drawdown?
After any approved payout or withdrawal, the drawdown floor will lock at the account’s starting balance + $100.
Account Size | Drawdown Floor After Payout |
$25,000 | $25,100 |
$50,000 | $50,100 |
$100,000 | $100,100 |
$150,000 | $150,100 |
For example, after a payout from a $50,000 Instant Account, the drawdown floor becomes permanently locked at $50,100.
This ensures the account remains active and prevents traders from withdrawing down to the exact breach threshold.
Profit Split
AquaFutures Instant Traders receive a 90% Reward Split from the first payout onward.
For example, if an eligible payout contains $1,000 in profits:
Trader receives: $900
AquaFutures receives: $100
Payout Schedule
AquaFutures Instant Accounts offer on-demand payout eligibility.
There is no Winning Day requirement or fixed payout schedule.
Once the trader has satisfied the applicable Payout Profit Goal, 20% Consistency Rule, Minimum Payout requirement, and all other payout conditions, a payout can be requested.
Payout Frequency: On Demand
Processing Time: Within 24 business hours
Withdrawal Methods: Rise or Crypto
After a payout request, both the applicable Payout Profit Goal and 20% Consistency calculation reset for the next payout cycle.
Instant Account Reset
Because the AquaFutures Instant Model provides direct access to a Funded Account without an Evaluation, there is no Evaluation Challenge to reset.
