Overview of Flex No Daily Loss Rules

The AquaFunded Futures Flex No Daily Loss Challenge is a one-phase evaluation designed to provide traders with flexible trading conditions while maintaining clear risk-management requirements.

To qualify for an AquaFunded Futures Flex No Daily Loss Funded Account, traders must reach the required Profit Target, satisfy the 50% Challenge Consistency Rule, remain within the applicable Maximum Overall Drawdown and comply with all AquaFunded Futures trading rules.

There is no Daily Loss Limit during either the Challenge or Funded stage.

The Maximum Overall Drawdown remains fully applicable at all times.

Traders may have unlimited Evaluation accounts, but only one active Funded Account at a time.

Profit Target

Traders must achieve a 6% Profit Target during the Flex No Daily Loss Challenge while respecting all applicable trading rules and risk limits.

Account Size

Profit Target

$50,000

$3,000

$100,000

$6,000

$150,000

$9,000

Once the Profit Target has been reached and the 50% Consistency Rule has been satisfied, the account will undergo a final review.

After successful verification, the trader will move forward as an AquaFunded Futures Flex No Daily Loss Funded Trader.

There are no minimum trading days required to complete the Challenge. However, due to the 50% Consistency Rule, the earliest a trader can pass is in 2 trading days.

Daily Loss Limit

Flex No Daily Loss has no Daily Loss Limit during either the Challenge or Funded stage.

This means there is no separate daily loss threshold that restricts trading based on losses generated within a single trading day.

However, the Maximum Overall Drawdown remains fully applicable at all times.

Maximum Overall Drawdown (EOD)

The Maximum Trailing Drawdown on Flex No Daily Loss Accounts varies depending on the account size and follows an End-of-Day (EOD) trailing model during both the Challenge and Funded stages.

Account Size

Maximum Drawdown

$50,000

$2,000

$100,000

$3,000

$150,000

$4,500

The trailing drawdown adjusts based on the account’s closed balance at the end of each trading day.

This means intraday unrealized profits do not cause the drawdown threshold to trail upward.

Once the trailing drawdown reaches the account’s original starting balance, the drawdown locks and no longer trails upward.

This locked level becomes the permanent maximum loss threshold for the account.

Example:

For a $50,000 Flex No Daily Loss Account with a $2,000 Maximum Drawdown, the initial threshold begins at $48,000.

If the trader finishes a trading day with a closed balance of $51,000, the EOD threshold moves to $49,000.

Once the account has generated enough closed profit for the trailing threshold to reach the original $50,000 starting balance, the threshold locks at $50,000 and will no longer trail upward.

Is There a Monthly Fee or Activation Fee?

No.

AquaFunded Futures does not require an activation fee before receiving your Funded Account.

After successfully completing the Challenge and passing the account review, you can proceed to your Funded Account without paying an activation fee.

News Trading Rule

News trading is allowed on both Challenge and Funded Flex No Daily Loss Accounts.

Traders are free to open, manage and close positions during high-impact news events.

However, traders should remain cautious during periods of significant market volatility, as factors such as slippage, reduced liquidity and rapid price movements may affect trade execution.

Stop Loss Rules

Using a Stop Loss is not mandatory on AquaFunded Futures Flex No Daily Loss Accounts, but it is strongly encouraged as part of proper risk management.

Traders are expected to maintain a structured and responsible approach to risk and should not rely on the Maximum Overall Drawdown as a substitute for proper trade management.

We encourage traders to define their risk before entering a position, maintain appropriate and consistent position sizing and follow a structured trading strategy.

Can I Use Copy Trading or Trade Copiers?

Yes.

Copy trading is allowed on AquaFunded Futures Flex No Daily Loss Accounts, including the use of trade copier software, provided that all accounts involved are legally owned and operated by the same trader.

Traders may copy their own trades between accounts they personally own.

Copying trades from another trader, signal provider, trading group, or allowing another individual or third party to manage or execute trades on your behalf is prohibited.

All AquaFunded Futures accounts must remain under the control of the registered account holder.

Can I Hedge Between My Own Accounts?

No.

Opening opposite positions in the same or correlated futures contracts across your own accounts is prohibited.

Accounts involved in prohibited cross-account hedging may be breached.

Copying the same trades and direction across accounts you personally own remains allowed.

Microscalping Rule

Scalping is allowed on AquaFunded Futures Flex No Daily Loss Accounts. However, microscalping is restricted.

Less than 50% of your total profits may come from trades held for under 10 seconds.

This rule applies during both the Challenge and Funded stages.

Traders may execute trades lasting less than 10 seconds, but those trades cannot account for 50% or more of the account’s total profits.

Excessive reliance on ultra-short-duration trades may result in profit removal, reward review or further account action.

Consistency Rule

A 50% Consistency Rule applies during the AquaFunded Futures Flex No Daily Loss Challenge.

There is no Consistency Rule on the Funded Account.

The trader’s highest-profit trading day cannot account for more than 50% of their total Challenge profits.

Example:

If the trader’s highest-profit trading day is $2,000, their total Challenge profits must reach at least $4,000 to satisfy the Consistency Rule.

$2,000 ÷ $4,000 = 50%

Reaching the Challenge Profit Target alone does not guarantee that the account will pass. The 50% Consistency Rule must also be satisfied.

If the consistency requirement has not yet been met, the account is not breached.

The trader may continue trading until the profit distribution becomes compliant.

Maximum Position Size

Flex No Daily Loss Accounts have the following Maximum Position Sizes:

Account Size

Maximum Position Size

$50,000

4 Mini / 40 Micro Contracts

$100,000

8 Mini / 80 Micro Contracts

$150,000

12 Mini / 120 Micro Contracts

For position-size calculations:

10 Micro Contracts = 1 Mini Contract

There is no progressive position scaling on Flex No Daily Loss Accounts.

Traders receive access to their full permitted position size from the beginning.

How Do Rewards Affect Flex Drawdown?

After any approved reward or withdrawal, the drawdown floor will lock at the account’s starting balance + $100.

Account Size

Drawdown Floor After Reward

$50,000

$50,100

$100,000

$100,100

$150,000

$150,100

This ensures the account remains active and prevents traders from withdrawing down to the exact breach threshold.

Example:

After a reward from a $50,000 Flex No Daily Loss Funded Account, the account’s drawdown floor will be permanently locked at $50,100.

Rewards and Reward Structure

Flex No Daily Loss Funded Accounts can receive up to 3 rewards.

Each reward request is subject to the applicable Reward Cap for the account size.

Account Size

Maximum Reward Per Request

$50,000

Up to $1,000

$100,000

Up to $1,500

$150,000

Up to $2,000

After the third approved reward, the Funded Account will close.

There is no fourth reward cycle.

Minimum Winning Days

To become eligible for a reward on a Flex No Daily Loss Funded Account, traders must complete 5 Winning Days.

Each Winning Day must meet the minimum profit requirement for the applicable account size:

Account Size

Minimum Profit for a Winning Day

$50,000

$200

$100,000

$250

$150,000

$300

Winning Days do not need to be consecutive.

Once an approved reward has been completed, the Winning Day counter resets, and the trader must complete 5 Winning Days again for the next reward cycle.

Profit Split

AquaFunded Futures Flex No Daily Loss Funded Traders receive a 90% Reward Split.

For example, if an eligible reward contains $1,000 in profits:

Trader receives: $900

AquaFunded Futures receives: $100

The 90% Reward Split applies from the first reward onward.

How Many Evaluation Accounts Can I Have?

Traders may have unlimited Flex No Daily Loss Evaluation accounts.

Multiple Evaluation accounts can be traded at the same time.

How Many Funded Accounts Can I Trade at Once?

Only one Flex No Daily Loss Funded Account may be active at a time.

If a trader passes another Flex No Daily Loss Evaluation while they already have an active Funded Account, the additional Funded Account will remain paused until a space becomes available.

Once the active Funded Account is closed, breached or otherwise no longer active, the next eligible paused account can then be activated.

What Happens After the Third Reward?

Once the third reward is approved, the Funded Account will close.

If the trader has another passed Flex No Daily Loss account waiting, the next eligible account can then become active.

If no other account is waiting, the trader can purchase and begin another Evaluation account.

Is There Scaling or a Path to Live?

No.

Flex No Daily Loss does not include scaling and does not have a path to Live.

Reward Frequency: After meeting the required 5 Winning Days for the applicable reward cycle.
