At AquaFutures, we emphasize fairness and transparency in our policies. Below is a clear outline of our refund and cancellation terms:

Refunds Post-Purchase

Once a purchase has been completed and evaluation credentials have been sent to the customer, refunds are no longer available under any circumstances. All sales are final.

Acceptance of this Policy

It is the trader's responsibility to review and understand this Refund Policy. The terms of this Refund Policy, along with our Evaluation Terms and Conditions, form part of the trader's contract with us for purchasing AquaFutures Evaluations. By placing an order for a AquaFutures Evaluation, the trader confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy. Traders who do not agree with these terms are not permitted to place an order with AquaFutures.

Account Cancellation

How to Cancel: To cancel your account, please send an email to support@aquafutures.io.

Implications of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, access to all AquaFutures services will be terminated, and no refunds will be provided for any prior payments.

AquaFutures’s Right to Terminate

AquaFutures reserves the right to terminate accounts and contracts if there are any breaches of our Terms and Conditions (TAC). Such actions may result in account deactivation, forfeiture of funds, and potential restrictions from future services.

Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

If disputes arise that cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree to binding arbitration under the guidelines of the American Arbitration Association. By agreeing to this, users waive the right to dispute any payments made for services, fostering a secure and equitable environment.
