Use the search bar from any page of the platform to find a customer and open their page
Click on the
in the bottom right corner and choose “New Purchase”
Choose the membership type that has been defined as a recurring payment membership
Click next and then add in the customer’s credit card information
Note: only one purchase can be made when purchasing a recurring payment membership
Note: a recurring payment membership purchase can only be completed when issuing a receipt
